Network Cabling FAQ

Do you install coax/BNC?

No. I focus on CAT6 Ethernet (and Wi-Fi where relevant). If you have existing coax, I can plan a migration to Ethernet.

CAT6 vs CAT6A?

Most small business runs are excellent with CAT6. If you need longer high-bandwidth runs or specific specs, I can discuss CAT6A options.

Do you certify the runs?

I perform continuity & PoE checks and document results. If you require formal Fluke certification reports, I can coordinate that as an add-on.

Will this support Reolink cameras?

Yes—PoE design specifically considers camera counts, switch power budget, and NVR placement.

Ready for a neat, labeled network?

I’ll walk the space, map drops, and give you a straightforward quote.
