How do you price?
- I use per-device pricing so you only pay for what you run.

What’s the minimum monthly?
The $350/mo minimum applies to the base (devices + cameras). Add-ons are on top.
Example: 1 server ($105) + 4 PCs ($220) = $325 base → billed at $350. Add server cloud backup (+$50) → $400/mo.
What’s included vs. what’s extra?
- Included: monitoring, patching, routine maintenance, and day-to-day support for covered devices.
- Project work: migrations, new servers, major changes—quoted separately.
Are printers and network devices billed monthly?
Printers: no monthly fee. I only set up and deploy drivers/shares across the network. I don’t repair or service printers (hardware, jams, firmware, maintenance kits). If a printer fails, I’ll recommend a replacement or vendor service.
Network gear (switches/routers/Wi-Fi): no monthly fee; I set up and maintain these under your plan.
Do we need antivirus and backups?
- PCs & laptops include Microsoft Defender by default.
- Emsisoft upgrade: $3/endpoint (PC/laptop) & $4/server or VM.
- Cloud backup for servers: $50/server with regular test restores.
Contracts, changes, and Hyper-V
- Most clients are month-to-month; we can discuss term options if desired.
- You can scale up or down by adding/removing devices—your invoice follows your environment.
- Ask about Hyper-V / RDS thin-endpoint pricing during your consult.
